Become a Vendor at the Inaugural SWFL Sustainability Summit!

Education is a vital to understand sustainable and STEM based practices in the workplace. Businesses and non-profits that utilize these methods are more likely to reduce their overall costs, environmental footprint, and foster stable employment in an ever-growing industry. Vendors who participate in the Southwest Florida Sustainability Summit will be able to promote and educate local business and civic leaders in our community on how to incorporate sustainable business plans and practices. Valuable exposure, product sales, and networking are all benefits to vendors participating in the 2015 Summit. A registration fee is collected to reserve your space – all proceeds raised from vendor registration will be donated to the Imaginarium Science Center to promote science and technology education for youth. To register as a vendor please complete and return the SWFL Sustainability Summit Sponsor and Vendor Package no later than April 1, 2015.


Evenings on Fifth

Fifth Avenue South and Naples Art Association are looking for demonstration artists for Evenings on Fifth in March and May. Evening on Fifth is an evening of live music, shopping, dining, and dancing on fabulous 5th Avenue South. Events are on March 12 & May 7, 2015 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and will be held along 5th Avenue South in Downtown Naples. Artists will need to be set-up by 5:30 p.m. and should bring their own equipment. Ideally, artists would demonstrate or provide an interactive experience. Lighting and a location will be provided. Oil Painters of America 24th Annual National Juried Exhibition

Oil Painters of America (OPA) will be holding its 24th Annual National Juried Exhibition & Convention in St. Augustine, Florida in association with Cutter and Cutter Fine Art. OPA is considered to be one of the premier art organizations in North America. Approximately 30 awards will be given with a total value estimated in excess of $80,000 including a $25,000 Best of Show. This year’s Juror of Awards is Master Signature Artist Huihan Liu along with Master Signature Artist William Whitaker as the Distinguished Artist. The deadline for online submissions is Friday, January 23, 2015. To enter, artists must reside in the U.S., Canada or Mexico and be a current member of OPA at an annual fee of $70. The National Exhibition entry fee: $30 for the first entry, $15 for the second, and the maximum size unframed is 1200 square inches. For more information, visit or email


SWFL Community Foundation in partnership with the Art Council of SWFL 2014-2015 Art Exhibition

In collaboration with the Southwest Florida Community Foundation, the Art Council of Southwest Florida is again able to present a continued venue opportunity for all ACSWF member organizations.
Located at 8771 College Parkway, Building 2, Suite 201, the offices of the SWFLCF include a large conference room, a long corridor, and small rooms at the front and back entry ways which would be available for art exhibits and shows.

Illustrator for Preschool Children’s Book

Jozef Krivicka is seeking an artist for a children’s book targeting preschool aged children.
